Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 06, 2024, notified the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been amended-

in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: “(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of September 2024”
