Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 06, 2024, notified the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: - 

“(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2024”.

It shall come into force on March 07, 2024.
