Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 06, 2024, issued the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title and commencement”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:

“(2) It shall come into force on September 12, 2024”.

This notification will come into force from March 06, 2024.
