Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 07, 2024, issued the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-

“(2) This order shall come into force on October 24, 2024”
