Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 07, 2024, notified Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”.

It shall come into force on March 08, 2024.
