Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 07, 2024, issued the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend The Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

This shall come into force on March 07, 2024.

The following has been amended namely: -

• in the paragraph 1 that provides the Date of Enforcement for sub-paragraph shall be substituted, Namely:-

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024.”
