Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on March 07, 2024, issued the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states the date of enforcement, the following has been substituted namely: -

“This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”

It shall come into force on March 07, 2024
