Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding enhancing the value of assets and the value of turnover.

The following has been stated namely: -

• based on the wholesale price index and exchange rate of the rupee the Central Government in consultation with the Competition Commission of India, hereby enhances the value of assets and the value of turnover, by One hundred and fifty percent

• This is applicable from March 07, 2024
