Industry Specific Compliance The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on March 07, 2024, issued a notification regarding the submission of Self-Declaration at the time of registration of a real estate project.

The following has been stated: -

•It has been specified that while applying for registration of a real estate project, the applicant promoter/builder/developer shall upload a self-declaration in the format enclosed here within his/their letterhead disclosing the required information.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
