The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 11, 2024, issued a corrigendum regarding modifications/ clarifications in the Operational Guidelines for the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Pharmaceuticals.
The following has been stated: -
•Clause 7.2.3 (b) (iv) The ceiling for incentive and additional incentive has been revised.
•All other clauses in the PLI Scheme for Pharmaceuticals Operational guidelines dated June 01, 2021, and October 20, 2023, remain the same.
