Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Jammu and Kashmir on March 07, 2024, issued a notification to rescind notification no. S.O. No. 546/2023-Tax, dated October 19, 2023, related to the registered person engaged in the manufacturing of the goods, except with respect to things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

This notification shall come into force from January 01, 2024.
