The Department of Town & Country Planning, Goa on March 07, 2024, notified the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like eco-sensitive land, Regional Plan, and others.
•Rule 3 specifies the form of application and processing fee for making a request for a change of zone of land.
•Rule 4 mentions the procedure for change of zone in the Regional Plan/Outline Development Plan.
•Rule 5 is about the Scrutiny of applications.
They shall come into force on March 07, 2024.
