Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 07, 2024, notified the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated-

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”.
