Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 12, 2024, notified regarding the Introduction of the Execution Only Platform (EOP) segment to facilitate transactions in direct plans of schemes of Mutual Funds.

The existing Members of the Exchange and new entities who are body corporates can only apply for membership in the EOP segment through the BEFS and OMRS interface respectively. Details relating to admission in respect of the EOP segment are as follows:  

•Guidelines for EOP segment Members

•New Membership in EOP segment: Entities desirous of applying for membership on the Exchange shall provide documents as per the link:

•Existing Trading Members seeking membership in EOP segment: Existing Trading Members seeking additional segment registration in EOP shall provide the documents as per the link: 

•https://www.bseindia.com/downloads1/Checklist_Documents_Additional_Segment_Registration.zip

•The user manual to make applications in the EOP segment is attached.   

•Details about the commencement of business shall be communicated to the members through an admission letter.
