Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 13, 2024, invited public comments on the Report of Committee on Digital Competition Law and Draft Digital Competition Bill.

The Report and the draft bill shall be available under e consultation module on March 15, 2024 for comments and suggestions. The Stakeholders may submit their comments/suggestions up to April 15, 2024.
