The Ministry of Steel (MoS) on March 11, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Policy for Providing Preference to Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products in Government Procurement - Revised, 2019
The following has been stated namely: -
• Reference is drawn to Notification No. 3(2)/2018-IDD dated May 29, 2019, which states the Policy for Providing Preference to Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products in Government Procurement- Revised, 2019 (Attached in the notification)
• The applicable term of the Policy is hereby extended for a further period of 6 months with effect from May 29, 2024.
