The Finance Department, Rajasthan on March 13, 2024, issued the notification regarding the import of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) from other States for the production of Country Liquor shall be reduced and charged at the rate of one rupee per bulk litre up to three lakhs bulk liter per unit per annum.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The bringing into fee as specified under the table of rule 69B of the Rajasthan Excise Rules, 1956, payable by the bottling plant with reduction center of Country Liquor who imports Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) from other State for production of Country Liquor shall be reduced and charged at the rate of one rupee per bulk litre upto three lakhs bulk liter per unit per annum.
This shall have effect from April 01, 2024
