Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 13, 2024, issued a notification regarding First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

The Central Government hereby directs that the First Schedule to the said Customs Tariff Act shall be amended in the following manner, namely: -

In the First Schedule to the said Customs Tariff Act, in Chapter 90, against tariff items 9022 30 00 and 9022 90 90, for the entry in column (4), the entry “15%” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2024.
