Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on March 13, 2024, issued a notification regarding Rajasthan Excise Act 1950.

The State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number FA (l)FDIEx/2020-Part-I dated April 01, 2020, published in Rajasthan Gazette dated 01-04-2020 vide S.O. 201.

In the said notification, for the existing expression "3 or more years", the expression “1 or more years" shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2024.
