The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Raj-RERA) on March 14, 2024, issued the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority Regulations, 2024, in supersession of the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority Regulations of 2017.
The following provisions have been stated:
• Grant or rejection of registration of the project:
o Upon filing of the application for registration of a project under section 4 of the Act, the proceedings of same may be seen online. If the application is found in order the Authority shall grant an online registration certificate with a registration number in Form-C to the promoter within 30 days.
o In case of rejection of the application as per section 5 of the Act, the Authority shall inform the applicant in Form-D online within 30 days.
Provided that no application for registration shall be rejected unless the applicant has been given an opportunity to be heard in the matter.
This notification will come into force from March 14, 2024.
