Industry Specific ComplianceThe Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APSERC) on March 11, 2024, passed an order regarding the Time of Day (ToD) Tariff.

The following has been stated namely: -

• ToD tariff shall be applicable for Commercial and Industrial consumers having maximum demand more than 10kW.

• It shall be made effective immediately after the installation of smart meters for the consumers.

• The Applicability of ToD Tariff has been stated in a tabular form available in the notification.

The ToD tariff shall be made effective from April 01, 2024.
