The Government of Maharashtra on March 13, 2024, issued the notification regarding the revised rates of fees for the FY 2024-2025 under the Maharashtra Potable Liquor (Periodicity and Fees for Grant, Renewal or Continuance of Licence) Rules, 1996.
The fee for the following has been stated namely: -
• License for constructing and working in a distillery for the manufacture of Spirit
• License for constructing and working a distillery for the manufacture of Spirit for only re-distribution
• License for constructing and working a distillery for the manufacture of Spirit for only re-distribution for the manufacture of grape spirit only by Pot Distillation Method
• License for constructing and working a distillery for the manufacture of Spirit for only re-distribution for the manufacture of spirit other than the spirit produced from molasses, grain, malt, and grape by distillation (used in manufacturing liquor)
