Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on March 14, 2024, issued the Special Economic Zones (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In rule 21B, for the words “aircraft leasing”, wherever they occur, the words “aircraft or ship leasing” shall be substituted.
