Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 15, 2024, amended an older notification No. No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the fixation of the tariff value of certain goods.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from March 16, 2024.
