The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 15, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Discontinuation of Quantity Freeze and Permitted Lot Size Report.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to the circular NSE/MSD/60315 dated January 19, 2024, informed members about the dissemination of the MII contract file on the extranet as well as the Exchange website respectively
• it is to be noted that said MII contract file also contains quantity freeze & market lot-related information. Thus, in order to avoid the dissemination of information in multiple formats, it is proposed to discontinue the dissemination of the mentioned reports on the extranet and Exchange website
• It states that the Discontinuation of Quantity Freeze and Permitted Lot Size Report shall be effective from April 15, 2024.
