Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, (CBIC) on March 15, 2024, issued a notification regarding amending notification no. 22/2022 – Customs dated April 30, 2022, related to giving effect to the first tranche of India UAE CEPA

This shall come into force on April 01, 2024

The following has been amended namely: -

• For the TABLE-I shall be substituted with a new table

• For TABLE- II shall be substituted with a new table

• For TABLE- III shall be substituted with a new table
