The Government of Nagaland on February 15, 2024, issued the Draft Code on Social Security (Nagaland) Rules, 2023.
It is published for the information of all persons likely to be affected, thereby this notice is given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after 45 (forty-five) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person or organization with respect to the said draft before expiry of the period specified above, will be reviewed for consideration by the State Government and the objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Labour Commissioner, on [email protected] or Office of the Labour Commissioner.
