Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Goa on March 14, 2024, issued the Government of Goa (Allocation) (Forty-eighth Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) Rules, 1987.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Under serial number 39 which states “Department for Social Welfare” clause (i) shall be omitted

• Serial number 55 which states “Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” has been inserted

This shall come into force on April 01, 2024
