Labour Compliance The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on March 15, 2024, issued a notification declaring certain drugs procured through Gem Portal as “Not of Standard Quality”.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Inj. IV Ringer Lactate by Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd. Pimpri Pune was reported as not of standard quality by the Medical Superintendent ESIC Hospital Bapunagar, Ahmedabad because the samples do not conform to the standard laid down for Compound Sodium Lactate Injection’ in IP 2022 in respect of Bacterial Endotoxins Test.
