• Circulation of agenda and manner of participation
• Meetings of Board through video conferencing or other audio visual means
• Conduct of meetings
• Quorum for meetings
• Passing of resolution by circulation
• Honorarium for attending Board meetings
• Disclosure by a Member of his interest
• Minutes of proceedings of meeting
• Invitees at meeting
• Miscellaneous
They shall come into force on March 07, 2024.
