Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on March 13, 2024, issued an Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 1976.

This shall come into force on March 13 , 2024.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In rule 22, which specifies the “Special provision regarding an appeal in certain past disciplinary cases”, the expression “Director” shall be substituted by 'Director of State Government Audit'.
