Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 18, 2024, notified Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024.”

It shall come into force on March 18, 2024.
