Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 18, 2024, notified the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated-

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024.”
