class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers (MoC&F) on March 18, 2024, issued the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2022.
This shall come into force on March 18, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
· It specifies that paragraph 1, subparagraph 2, which states the enforcement date of the order as the 3rd day of October 2022, shall be substituted by a new enforcement date i.e., “3rd day of October 2024”.
