The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on March 15, 2024, issued the Draft Flight test of an aircraft.
The following has been stated:
•This Civil Aviation Requirements specifies the conditions for the flight testing of aircraft.
•"Flight Test" means the flying of an aircraft, without any passenger on board, for the purpose of ensuring that:
othe aircraft handling characteristics have not deteriorated with time;
othe aircraft performance remains as scheduled; and
oaircraft and its equipment function properly.
The Comments are invited by March 30, 2024.
