Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (MoFAHD) on March 16, 2024, issued the Guidelines for Regulating Hatcheries and Farms for Seed Production and Culture of Specific Pathogen Free Litopenaeus vannamei.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Safeguards and regulations for the operation of hatcheries have been stated

• The Norms and Regulations for Approval and Operation of Farms has been stated

• Forms have been attached to the notification

This shall come into force on March 16, 2024
