Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, (MoHFW) on March 20, 2024, issued the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession 7th (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2024.

This shall come into force on March 20, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

· It specifies that all state governments shall create State Allied and Healthcare Councils within three and a half years after the commencement of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.
