Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on March 26, 2024, issued a consultation paper on Draft International Financial Services Centres Authority (Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Crime Compliance Services) Regulations, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•The draft Regulations aim to put in place the regulatory framework relating to registration and operations of Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Crime Compliance Services from International Financial Services Centres.

•The objective of this consultation paper is to seek comments /views/suggestions from the public on the proposed International Financial Services Centres Authority (Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Crime Compliance Services) Regulations, 2024.

•Comments and Suggestions from the public are invited on the proposed Regulations contained in Annexure – I latest by April 16, 2024.
