The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on March 27, 2024, issued a circular regarding online reporting of Technical Glitch Incidents.
The following has been stated: -
•In our endeavor towards continuous improvement and further to our circular no. NSE/COMP/54876 dated December 16, 2022, it is informed that members who are required to report Technical Glitch incidents with the Exchange can now additionally submit the reporting via ENIT portal w.e.f. April 01, 2024.
•Members are advised to submit the reporting as prescribed under the above-mentioned circular through New ENIT > Compliance > Technical Glitches > Technical Glitches Submission. It may be noted that the member would also need to report the incidents to the dedicated email address [email protected] which is common across the Exchanges.
