The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 27, 2024, issued an advisory to file e-form CSR-2

The following has been stated namely: -

• e-form CSR-2 is to be filed for the financial year 2022-23 on or before March 31, 2024, to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

• All eligible companies are to incur prescribed CSR expenditure on or before the closing of the current financial year i.e. March 31, 2024, to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
