The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) on March 28, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines) Amendment Regulations, 2024, to further amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines) Regulations, 2010.
This shall come into force on April 03, 2024.
The following has been amended namely, -
• In regulation 7, sub-regulation 1, clauses (a) and (b), which state “The Board shall review the tariff after ten years and fix for a block of five years thereafter on a prospective basis.”, shall be omitted and read as “*****”.
