The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 04, 2024, issued a notification regarding an update on the colocation facility & related services.
The following has been stated: -
•In reference to the Exchange Circular No. 20230331-22 dated Mar 31, 2023, & Exchange Circular No. 20240222-25 dated Feb 22, 2024, regarding the Colocation facility & related services.
•The circulars inter alia state that Exchange may add/upgrade the racks to higher power capacity from time to time. Accordingly, Exchange would like to inform Members / Vendors about the introduction of a new category of Full Rack with a power capacity of 15 kVA.
•Participants desirous of availing the specified rack type shall be required to submit the request in BEFS Portal > Login in BEFS > Colocation service > Colocation Inventory management services > Select the tab “Click Here for New Application”. The portal will be available for application of Full Rack - 15 kVA with effect from Apr 15, 2024 - 11:00 AM.
•Full Rack – 15 kVA shall be considered as a separate rack category. Hence, there shall be a separate application for this rack type. In case of the non-availability of the rack within the applied rack category by the member, there will be a separate waiting list for the same.
•Market participants are to note revision in charges for colocation services for both existing and new users effective May 01, 2024.
