The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 05, 2024, issued a notification regarding the submission of Half yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Trading Members of the Exchange are notified that as per Exchange notice no: 20240401-12 dated April 01, 2024, the Networth module tab for submission of the Half-yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2024, has been made available on the BEFS portal.
•Further, Trading Members are advised to note that the due date for submission of aforesaid Networth will be April 30, 2024, for Members who have availed margin trading facility and by May 31, 2024, for other Members. No additional time shall be provided for submission of the Networth certificate beyond the due date.
•In case of non-submission of the Networth certificate within the due date or in case of any shortfall, non-submission of a revised Networth certificate along with the original Networth certificate as on March 31, 2024, disciplinary actions shall be initiated by the Exchange.
