Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 05, 2024, issued a notification to amend the extension of the notification regarding import of yellow peas, vide number GSR 884(E), dated the 07th December, 2023.

The following has been amended namely, -

• In the notification https://taxinformation.cbic.gov.in/view-pdf/1009952/ENG/Notifications, in the Table, against S. No. 1, column 4, the words and figures “30th day of April, 2024”, shall be substituted with the words and figures “30th day of June, 2024”.
