NSE issued circular regarding colocation Revision in rack allotment procedure

Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on April 05, 2024, issued a circular regarding colocation - Revision in rack allotment procedure.

The following has been stated: -

•This circular is issued in modification to Section II. B. 6. of Exchange circular NSE/MSD/57389 dated June 30, 2023, and changes communicated vide circular NSE/MSD/61358 dated March 27, 2024. The changes are made in the rack allotment procedure for the following: -

(i)Rack desire request by members for new FPI/FII clients.

(ii)Rack desire request for new/prospective members.

(iii)Rack desire request for existing members.

•Exchange strongly advises all its Co-location participants to: 

a.Surrender the unused racks, if any. 

b.Consider consolidation of procured racks, if feasible

c.Use the racks space for server placement optimally

The changes as communicated above shall be effective from April 05, 2024
