The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 04, 2024, issued an Update regarding the Uniform Implementation of KYC requirements.
This is in reference to Notice No. 20240228-24 dated February 28, 2024, and Notice No. 20231117-3 dated November 17, 2023, with respect to Uniform Implementation of KYC requirements.
The following has been stated:
• It has requested the members to refer to the attached FAQ on UBO-NPO requirements received from RTAs.
