The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on April 01, 2024, issued a notification regarding interim Wheeling Tariffs, Transmission Tariff, and SLDC charges & fees.
The following has been stated: -
•In the exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 94 (2) of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Commission has passed the following Order: -
“The Distribution Wheeling Tariffs, Transmission Tariff, and the SLDC’s charges & fees that were determined by the Commission for FY 2023-24 in respective MYT Orders will continue to be applicable for all Open Access users from April 01, 2024, as an interim measure, till the Commission issues the final Orders in the respective OPs on the same. However, the interim tariffs will be subjected to review as per the final Orders”.
