The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on April 04, 2024, issued a notification seeking guidance from the Commission for taking regulatory measures in case of exigencies for the Tariff Year 2024-25.
The following has been stated namely, -
• It states that Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) has filed Petition No. 20 of 2024 under Section 23 of the Electricity Act, 2003, this petition can be viewed from – “www.pserc.gov.in”.
• It seeks objections/suggestions against the Petition within 7 days after April 04, 2024, and may be sent via post at the following address - Site No. 3, Madhya Marg, Sector-18A, Chandigarh or via email at - [email protected] or [email protected].
• It specifies that the petition shall be taken up for a virtual hearing as well as a public hearing by the Commission on April 16, 2024, at 11.30 AM in the Commission's office.
