This is in reference to SEBI circular ref. no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/SECFATF/P/CIR/2024/21 dated April 05, 2024, on the subject “Entities allowed to use e-KYC Aadhaar Authentication services of UIDAI in Securities Market as sub-KUA”.

The following has been stated:

• It has requested the Members to take note of the contents of the aforesaid SEBI circular.
