Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on April 09, 2024, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the tariff rate of crude palm oil, gold, and Areca Nuts.

This notification shall come into force with effect from April 10, 2024.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the said notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 have been substituted.
